What we collect and why
We only collect information that you choose to send us.
- Contact form: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), the service you're interested in and your message. We use these to reply to you and arrange a conversation.
- Renewal reminder form: your name, mobile number, the type of policy and its renewal month. We use these only to remind you before your renewal.
- Your consent: both forms ask you to agree to be contacted. We record that you agreed.
Please don't send policy numbers, bank details or medical information through the forms. If they are needed later, we will ask for them in a safer way.
The Checkup and calculators
The 2-Minute Checkup and the calculators run entirely in your web browser. Your answers and figures are not stored and are not sent to us or to anyone else.
If you tap "Send my checkup on WhatsApp" or "Discuss your plan", WhatsApp opens with a message you can read and edit. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send that message yourself.
Where your information is kept
When you send a form on this website, your details are emailed to us and a copy is kept in a private file on our website hosting account, which is not publicly accessible. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
We keep your details only for as long as we need them to help you, or as required by law or by the regulations that apply to insurance and mutual fund services. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. Just email shradhacholera@shreejiinsurance.com or message us on WhatsApp.
We aim to handle your information in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date below.
